I also, want you to get to know me better, so I thought it would be great idea to incorporate these easy recipes, since clean eating plays such an important part in my life.

Today, I teamed up with my good friend Janna Lozowsky, and together we made these delicious Matcha Blueberry Muffins.  Personally, I am a huge fan of Matcha, especially for it’s taste but also because it is packed with antioxidants, boosts your metabolism and detoxifies your body naturally. These muffins are a great option for breakfast especially for those always on the go.

– 3 tbsp coconut sugar (add more if you have a sweet tooth!)

– 1 cup brown rice flour
