Another Coachella come and gone and I already can’t wait until next year!
There is something about being surrounded by thousands of different kinds of people who all come together to enjoy music. It seems that music is the one of the few things that has always been able to unite people. Being out in the desert heat, surrounded by so much happiness and good vibes is magical. No matter the lineup, every year Coachella creates that magic and it’s something I hope I can continue to experience for many years to come. Some of my favorite performances this year were M83, Gun N’ Roses, and of course Calvin Harris! I almost cried when he played Adele’s “Hello”. Can you imagine over 90,000 people singing “Hello from the other siiiiiideeee?” Chills!!! And of course, part of the Coachella fun, for me at least, is dressing the part! Otro festival de Coachella vino y se fue! Ya estoy contando los días para Coachella 2017! Hay algo mágico cuando miles de personas se reúnen en un lugar y comparten una experiencia como esta. Ver a tanta gente tan diferente y de todo el mundo que se reúne para disfrutar de la música es increíble. La música siempre ha podido unir a la gente a pesar de las diferencias entre ellos, hay algo en la música que nos habla y llega a todos. Este año, algunos de mis conciertos favoritos fueron M83, Guns N’ Roses y Calvin Harris! Casi lloro cuando Calvin Harris toco la canción de “Hello” de Adele. Se imaginan a mas de 90,000 personas cantando esa canción al mismo tiempo? Me dio escalofríos. Y claro, parte de la diversion de Coachella, al menos para mi, es vestirse para la ocasión!
Day 1 was extremely windy! Funny story with this outfit, I actually bought a size 10 dress and used it as a kimono. It was perfect to just throw on top of my outfit to give it a pop of color and gave me some extra warmth and cover for the dusty, windy afternoon and night. Accessorizing for Coachella is my favorite because you get to go all out and wear things you usually might not. I stacked different necklaces for a bold look.
El primer día había muchísimo viento! Me compré un vestido talla 10 y lo use como un kimono! Fue una buenísimo idea. Estuvo perfecto para ponérmelo encima de lo que tenia puesto sin que me diera mucho calor y le dio un toque de color. Aparte, estuvo ideal para la tarde y noche cuando empezaba a hacer mas frío. Me encantan los accesorios para Coachella porque te puedes poner cosas que normalmente no usarías. Este día me puse varios collares diferentes y me encanto como se veían juntos.

Day 2 I wore an amazing fringe leather jacket from BCBG that I am obsessed with! The detail is just to die for. It was a little heavy but totally worth it. I definitely felt like a rockstar at Guns N’ Roses.
El segundo día de Coachella llevaba una chaqueta de cuero increíble de BCBG. Estoy obsesionada con el detalle y calidad de esta chaqueta. Con tanta pedrería si me peso un poco pero valió la pena. Definitivamente me sentí como una estrella de rock en Guns N’ Roses .

Day 3 I wore a simple silk black dress that was refreshing to wear in the desert heat. I paired it with an amazing, colorful jean jacket. The detail on the back, the colors, the embroidery… just perfection!
El tercer y ultimo día decidí ponerme un vestido negro de seda muy sencillo pero refrescante y perfecto para usar en el calor del desierto. Encima, lleve puesta una chaqueta de mezclilla de colores El detalle, los colores, los bordados … me enamore!

I agree that music is great at uniting people, and I’d love to visit Coachella one day because I believe the atmosphere there is incredible. I can say that I have a few performances from Coachella downloaded with Tubidy, and they’re great to listen to when I want to get inspired or just improve my mood, but I doubt it can be compared to joining the festival for real, so I can’t wait for the Coachella this year.
