How to Spice Up a Monochrome Outfit

IMG_2939

Monochrome outfits are often disregarded and people might think that to make a statement, they need something bright and bold. But when styled right, monochrome outfits can be the chicest and easiest outfit you’ll ever wear. Simplicity is key but you can definitely try mixing and matching different textures, material and patterns.  I am currently obsessed with this oxblood color and though I have used these printed pants with many things, it also looks so chic with this sweater which is almost identical. It’s such a cozy and easy look to pull off. Once you collect enough monochrome pieces, you can mix things up and come up with so many different combinations!

I love that the monochrome has some color! One of the best ways to add element to it is to not go the traditional black/white/gray route!
