Milk Braid Crown Tutorial with TRESemmé

After a huge storm in New York it seems I have brought the weather home with me. It was non-stop rain for a couple days when I got back to San Diego. Despite the weather, NYFW was a great success and I loved teaming up with TRESemmé again this season. They really spoil me during NYFW and this time especially, I could not have survived without them. As usual, I loved meeting up with my favorite TRESemmé hair stylist Marco Peña. He helped me create this look and do an easy step-by-step tutorial for you guys! Hope you try it out. It was one of my favorite looks!

Step 1: Second day hair is best for this look.

Step 2: Divide your hair at your part, grab a small section of hair and start making a braid. Repeat on the other side of your part. Finish off the braids with a small plastic hair tie to keep it in place.

Step 3: I like to pull the braids apart a little and loosen it up to give it more volume.

Step 4: Grab a braid and wrap around your head in a crown shape and secure it in the back of your head with bobby pins. Then do the same on the other side

Step 5: Hide the end of the braids under the braid and add some more bobby pins.

Step 6: Last but not least apply TRESemmé Tres-Two hairspray to keep everything in place and have your look last all day!

Thank you TRESemmé for sponsoring this post.
