How to wear a blanket scarf

Processed with VSCOcam with a7 preset

There are normal scarfs and then there are blanket scarfs. Blanket scarfs have their name for a reason, they are big enough to be worn as a blanket but look so much cooler as a scarf.
They are extra warm, comfy and one of my favorite things to wear when I don’t feel too inspired because it’s quick and easy yet so chic. They usually take up all the upper part of your torso, so it’s best to pair them up with something basic. In this case, I opted for an oversized sweater that I bought years ago. I paired them up with my over the knee booties, which are tight around my legs to discreetly show my proportions, since everything is loose on the top. This blanket scarf has been around for ages, and I am its biggest fan. It’s also great when traveling because it makes your outfit look different instantly. When I went to London recently, I took one coat and different scarfs and every day it looked like I had a different outfit on.

What’s your take on this blanket scarf trend? Love it? Hate it?

As always thanks for stopping by, xx, p.
