It was the best three days.
As you might have noticed on my Instagram, I was recently in Los Cabos! It was a short trip but every second was well spent! Three other influencers and I were invited by ShopStyle and the Auberge Chileno Bay & Esperanza Resorts to shoot some cool content at the resorts and of course, eat amazing food, relax and have fun. Shout out to Alaska Airlines who got us all to Cabo! I flew from San Diego to Cabo. It was my first time flying with Alaska to Cabo and it was a really convenient and quick flight! We arrived on Sunday to the Esperanza resort to get settled and let me just say, the resort is AMAZING! My friend Brittany, from Thrifts and Threads, and I shared a beautiful villa and we literally did not stop laughing from the moment we arrived. Never a dull moment with her. We had busy schedules with a lot of photoshoots that we hardly had time to stop! We had an incredible dinner that night at Chileno Bay Resort’s Comal Restaurant. Seriously, over the top. I have to say, the resorts and their teams really went above and beyond for us! Everything was so amazing and the service and attention to detail was just extraordinary. The next day we had more photoshoots and then an incredible lunch with a chef demonstration and ended the day with another over-the-top ocean front dinner hosted by Esperanza Resort.
Tuesday was my favorite day because we got to finally relax a little bit more. We got the most amazing head-to-toe spa treatments. I think it was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. A 90 minute massage and they finished off our treatment by exfoliating our feet and putting an algae mask on our hair and just the whole experience was the most relaxing and incredible. They told us to just wash off our hair just with water and my hair felt so soft, nourished and not oily at all. I think it was called the Auberge Signature Massage if you ever go and want to get the same treatment. We truly felt like we were being treated like royalty. If you are ever in Cabo, I highly recommend you come check this spa out. You will never want to leave. We left the resort that day and had lunch at Flora Farms, which I had been dying to go to since I had heard great things! It’s a farm to table restaurant and of course, it was delicious! That was our last meal before heading to the airport and it was a great way to end the trip. It was a short trip but jam-packed with photoshoots and activities and literally every second was well spent. For your next trip to Cabo, I seriously recommend these resorts! It will make your whole trip and experience so worth it. Vole de San Diego a Cabo. Fue la primera vez que volaba a Cabo desde San Diego y la verdad se me hizo súper bien el vuelo y rápido! Llegamos el domingo al Esperanza Resort para instalarnos. El hotel está IMPRESIONANTE. Mi amiga Brittany, de Thrifts and Threads, y yo compartimos una hermosa villa y literalmente no paramos de reírnos desde el momento en que llegamos. Nunca hay un momento aburrido con ella. ¡La verdad nuestros días estaban muy ocupados con muchas sesiones de fotos que apenas tuvimos tiempo de parar y relajarnos! Tuvimos una cena increíble esa noche en el restaurante Comal en el Chileno Bay Resort. En serio, se la volaron! Tengo que decir que los hoteles y sus equipos realmente hicieron todo por nosotras. Nos trataron como reinas. Todo fue tan increíble y el servicio y la atención que nos dieron fue simplemente extraordinario. Al día siguiente tuvimos más sesiones de fotos y luego un almuerzo increíble con una demostración de un chef y terminamos el día con otra cena frente al mar organizada por Esperanza Resort.
El martes fue mi día favorito porque finalmente pudimos relajarnos un poco más. Nos dieron unos tratamientos de lujo en el spa. Creo que fue una de las mejores experiencias de spa que he tenido. Un masaje de 90 minutos y terminaron nuestro tratamiento exfoliando nuestros pies y poniéndonos una máscara de algas en el pelo. Toda la experiencia fue demasiado relajante e increíble. Nos dijeron que simplemente nos laváramos el pelo con agua y mi pelo se sintió tan suave, nutrido y cero grasoso. Creo que se llama Auberge Signature Massage si alguna vez van a ese hotel y quieren hacerse el mismo tratamiento. Si alguna vez van a Cabo, de verdad les recomiendo que vayan a visitar este spa. Salimos del resort ese día y comimos en Flora Farms. Llevaba tiempo con ganas de ir ya que me lo habían recomendado mucho. Es un restaurante de “granja a mesa” y, por supuesto, ¡estaba delicioso! Esa fue nuestra última comida antes de ir al aeropuerto y fue una excelente manera de cerrar el viaje con broche de oro. Fue un viaje corto pero repleto de fotos y actividades y, literalmente, cada segundo se aprovechó. Para su próximo viaje a Cabo, ¡recomiendo demasiado estos resorts! Spring is hopefully just around the corner (maybe if I keep typing it then it will come true) – despite all the freezing cold weather we have had recently, I’ve refused to welcome anymore knitwear or thick coats into my life.
