For others, it means you’ll be dressing up and heading to a glamorous party. Last year we did the Incredibles with my two sons, our friend and our god daughter so we had the whole crew. This year we are teaming up with another set of family and we are doing the whole TOY STORY crew. My husband is so stoked to be the T-REX (a big blow up costume). He couldn’t be more excited and has been talking about this for a whole year now. I guess i am making his dreams come to life literally.

Love the Dirty Dancing idea! Best costume my husband and I did we were a VW Bug together (built the car around us and then dressed as hippies) . Now having a 2 year old, we probably don’t spend as much time on our costumes. Still need to figure out this year.

Me and my friends were Christmas Trees (cause who doesn’t love Christmas time?). We would go to parties and out of nowhere our corner would light up! We would find an outlet and plug our Christmas Lights and just shine! We made tutu skirts and decorate our tops different ways! The we wrapped our tutu skirts with Christmas lights, had ornaments, and covered our shoes with shoe boxes wrapped as gifts. Everybody loved it and it was an unexpected surprise everywhere we went!

Last year I put on my fanciest, most luxurious outfit. Fur jacket. Leather pants, rhinestone boots, lots of bling – carried Gucci, LV, Tory Burch shopping bags. I created the Luxury Tax game card from the Monopoly Board game and hung it around my neck. So fun😊. This year I will be a scary bellhop.

My most epic costume was when I was a set of Matryoshka (Russian Nesting) Dolls with my two friends. We are 5’10, 5’6. and 5’2 heights naturally so we didn’t even need to wear heels or anything to force size differences.
This year, I’m going to be cat woman! I purchased a cat headband and will pair it with black skinny jeans, a black body suit, and a red lip! I can’t wait!
