Velvet is back and it’s here to stay! At least for a while! I am so excited because I am personally a huge fan of velvet, I have been saving a black vintage velvet dress from my mum, in my closet, just waiting for the perfect moment. Maybe you will be seeing it on the blog soon.. Today, I decided to style this amazing velvet blouse from Zara (only $35!) with my cropped raw hem jeans. I love wearing my cropped jeans with high socks and booties during the wintertime. It gives your cropped jeans a whole new purpose. If you have regular bootcut or mom jeans, try folding them and letting the sock show a bit.
As for this beautiful blouse, my favorite part are the sleeves. I find the blouse to be so romantic with its delicate details. I finished the look with a choker and a vintage black belt. Perfect for a casual night out with friends. What are your thoughts on Velvet? Love it? Hate it?

Always have loved velvet, be it in clothing or upholstery and accessories. I think it’s timeless and elevates anything with a bit of a surprise and class. Found a vintage black velvet sleeveless, open back, with slight peplum top I look forward to wearing this season.
