Hair Inspo with TRESemmé

No outfit is complete without great hair!

The first day of NYFW was so busy and fun. I was backstage with TRESemmé for the Marissa Webb show and fell in love with the hairstyle that the models were getting so I begged my TRESemmé stylist and friend, Marco Peña, to recreate the look on me! I felt like one of the models, except not as tall and skinny. But hey, at least I can have the same hairstyle!

El pelo siempre es el toque final de cualquier outfit. El primer día de NYFW estuve muy ocupada pero tambien me divertí con el equipo de TRESemmé!. Estuve backstage con TRESemmé para el show de Marissa Webb y me enamoré del peinado de las modelos así que rogué a mi estilista de TRESemmé y amigo, Marco Peña, para que me hiciera el peinado a mí! Me sentía como una de los modelos. Tal vez no tan alta y flaca, pero bueno, al menos pude tener el mismo peinado que ellas!

For the Tommy Hilfiger I wanted to do something more fun and edgy. Metal accessories are super in right now so the TRESemmé team did this simple braid with golden metallic bobby pins. It is such a simple and easy to recreate look! The key is just to find some cool metallic bobby pins to upgrade your braid.

Para el show de Tommy Hilfiger quería hacer algo más divertido. Los accesorios de metal estan de super moda ahorita y el equipo de TRESemmé  incorporaron ese element metálico a esta sencilla trenza. Es muy simple y fácil de recrear este peinado en casa. La clave es encontrar algunos pasadores metálicos para el pelo y así de facil pueden usar su creatividad para implementar accesorios metalicos en sus peinados.

On one day I wore this off-the-shoulder blouse so I wanted my hair up to show off the blouse. This half-up, Dutch crown braid was perfect for the look I was going for. I usually have all my hair up for a hairstyle like this but I loved changing it up.

Un día llevaba esta blusa off-the-shoulder y quería que luciera la blusa entonces sabia que quería un peinado agarrado. Estas trenzas holandeses me encantaron porque tenia la mitad del pelo suelto pero todavía resaltaba la blusa y me veía arreglada.

I’ve been seeing these triple poof ponytails on Pinterest and I knew I had to try it for NYFW. It’s so easy to do at home! It involved a lot of teasing and hairspray but then you just simply need three clear plastic hair ties and you can easily upgrade your plain pony.

He estado viendo estas colas de caballo en Pinterest y sabía que tenía que probarlo para NYFW. Es tan fácil de hacer en casa! Solo necesitas mucha laca para el cabello, tres ligas transparentes y así de facil puedes mejorar la típica cola de caballo!

I had so much fun filming several looks with the TRESemmé team the whole week and loved each look. Each hairstyle was finished with their tried and true TRES TWO Hairspray to keep my style in place as I was running around!
