Accessories on point.
I had so much fun shooting these new pieces from Dior, especially all the accessories. Of all the high-end designers, Dior is one of my favorites when it comes to accessories. I can’t get over this bag! The colors, the quilted feel of it, and how it pairs with the cloth bracelets. I really love how these bracelets look together. The combination of the gold with the festival-style cloth bracelets is cool and chic at the same time. It reminds me of my high school days when we all stacked our wrists with bracelets like this. And to finish off all the perfect accessories in this look, of course I had to include a belt and a baker boy hat. This Dior belt is just too beautiful. I am always looking for a good belt I can wear in new ways: over dresses, coats, even swimsuits. I wore all these accessories with two different looks. Which did you like more? The skirt or the blazer and shorts?

De todos los diseñadores, Dior es uno de mis favoritos cuando se trata de accesorios. ¡Por favor vean la bolsa! Los colores, los detalles y cómo le queda perfecto a las pulseras de tela. Me encanta cómo se ven estas pulseras juntas. La combinación del oro con las pulseras de tela estilo festival es cool y chic al mismo tiempo. Me recuerda a mis días en la prepa cuando todas nos llenábamos las muñecas con mil pulseras como estas. Y para completar el look con todos los accesorios perfectos, por supuesto, tuve que incluir un cinturón y un sombrero estilo “baker boy.” Este cinturón de Dior es demasiado hermoso. Siempre estoy buscando un buen cinturón que pueda usar de nuevas maneras: encima de vestidos, abrigos, incluso trajes de baño. Me puse todos estos accesorios con dos looks diferentes. ¿Cuál les gustó más? ¿La falda o el blazer y los shorts?

Have a wonderful time in Japan, and just a tip,…I have been traveling to china for work for 7 years and the jet lag can be rough, so definitely keep hydrated (bottle water) and try to stay up as late as you can, so that your body can then rest at night past 11 as much as possible through your stay in Japan. Sneakers are a must as you’ll have so much walking to do, and there is so much to see!!! I know you are going to LOVE it! my brother is currently living in japan now, and it looks like it so much funner then china hehehe

Plans for Thanksgiving spending it with my husbands family. my side of the family sadly no one is around this year. My little brother in stationed in Japan, and my mother is away as well for a few months. Its a bummer as we are used to our family tradition of always having thanksgiving dinner at my mothers house, but a change isn’t a bad idea after all since my husbands side of the family are all Colombians and they are always a fun, and joly time!
