Chef Alma Fernanda here again with my second recipe!
With the holidays approaching, that means you will probably be eating a lot and probably cooking a lot too. Here’s my favorite super easy and delicious peach recipe. Use it as dessert or appetizer, promise you’ll love it either way!!
Grilled Peaches with Burrata and Balsamic Pepper Reduction
Ingredients:
3 ripe peaches
8 oz. fresh burrata cheese
Good Olive Oil
Basil leaves
Sea salt
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Reduce balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and Black pepper in a small pot until a syrup consistency is reached.
2. Cut peaches in half and remove pit. Lightly brush with olive oil and place on grill. Grill for 3 minutes on each side. You’re looking for a perfect char.
3. Tear burrata on a serving platter and place peaches on top.
4. Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil, balsamic reduction, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Duraznos Asados con Burrata y Reducción de Balsámico y Pimienta
Hola! Soy Chef Alma Fernanda aquí de nuevo con mi segunda receta! Al acercarse las fiestas navideñas, eso significa que probablemente estarán comiendo mucho y probablemente también cocinando mucho. Aquí les comparto mi receta súper fácil y deliciosa de duraznos. ¡Úsala como postre o como entremés, te prometo que la amarás!
Ingredientes:
3 duraznos maduros
8 oz. queso burrata
Aceite de oliva extra virgen
Hojas de albahaca
Sal de mar
3/4 taza vinagre balsámico
1 cucharada azúcar morena
1 cucharadita pimienta negra recién molida
Instrucciones:
1. Reducir vinagre balsámico, azúcar morena y pimienta negra hasta obtener una consistencia a jarabe.
2. Cortar los duraznos en mitades y remover hueso. Ligeramente agregar aceite a los duraznos con una brocha y colocar en asador. Asar 3 minutos por cada lado.
3. Romper burrata en trozos sobre un Platón y colocar duraznos por encima.
4. Decorar con hojas de albahaca y agregar aceite oliva, la reducción de balsámico, sal de mar y pimienta.
