I haven’t done any home decor posts in a while but I recently just redecorated my living room so I thought I would once again share the end result! I really wanted to go for a more chic and modern look for the living room. Even though everyone told me it was a bad idea with a toddler in the house, I knew I had my heart set on a new beige couch. I just think it makes the the room look a lot more chic overall. I finally decided to go with this one from Rove Concepts. I love the simple yet modern design and how it completely changes the space! I was specifically looking at pieces from Rove Concepts because I love their modern design and if you just scroll through their website you can tell they have incredible pieces. I got two other items from there my favorite being this cool lounge chair I put in the living room. If you remember or see this old post of how the room used to look, I used to have a hanging chair there. I was really into hanging chairs and that boho vibe but the family room still has that boho vibe so I wanted to make the living room more modern and elegant. Finally, I changed out the white media console we had for this modern and sleek console with walnut veneer and gold finishing touches. I don’t have the best eye when it comes to decorating but I feel like if you keep it simple you can include a couple statement pieces like the lounge chair or other elements that will stand out. What else do you think I should add to this room?!

Me gustaban mucho las sillas colgantes y el estilo boho, pero la sala familiar aún tiene ese estilo boho, así que quería hacer esta cuarto más moderno y elegante. Finalmente, cambié el mueble que teníamos para la tele. Antes teníamos uno blanco y ahora este moderno de madera con acabados dorados hizo la gran diferencia. No tengo el mejor ojo cuando se trata de decorar, pero creo que si lo mantienes sencillo, puedes incluir un par de piezas como el sillón u otros elementos que se destaquen. ¿Qué más crees que debería agregar a esta sala?
