Can’t get enough of over-the-knee boots this season! In my opinion, you have to be careful how you style them so that you look classy and not trashy, which can happen with this style of boots. I personally love over-the-knee boots during the Fall and Winter but I think there definitely is a trick to them. Here are my 3 favorite ways to wear over-the-knee boots.

1. The Mini Dress
These kind of boots bring a lot of attention to the leg, so naturally it is very sexy. I love pairing with dresses that can still show off some leg but that are not extremely tight or sexy in other ways because then it could be a bit much. You can’t go wrong with a more flowy top like this cape or a short dress and throw a coat on to add some layers and downplay the dress. So classy and chic!

Me encanta usarlas con vestidos que todavรญa enseรฑan algo de pierna, pero que no son muy apretados o sexy en otras partes porque entonces podrรญa ser demasiado y se ve de mal gusto. No te puedes equivocar con una capa aguada y con movimiento como esta o un vestido corto y ponerte un suรฉter o abrigo para aรฑadir algunas capas y minimizar lo corto del vestido. Te ves elegante y chic!
2. Classy Skirt
Skirts and dresses are definitely my go-to when it comes to over-the-knee boots. It’s really easy to style and can look very chic. The key to wearing with a skirt is to make sure the skirt isn’t extremely short or tight, in my opinion. Showing a little skin above the knee is sexy but always keep it classy. Again as you can see, my top is usually more flowy and I use lots of layers.

Es muy fรกcil de combinar y te ves sexy pero al mismo tiempo arreglada y no corriente, si lo haces bien.ย La clave de usar estas botas con una falda es que que la falda no sea demasiado corta o apretada. Tampoco te quieres ver toda embarrada. Enseรฑa un poco de piel pero siempre hazlo con clase. Igual que con vestidos, normalmente trato de aรฑadir un suรฉter o algunas capas para que se vea mรกs fluido y no tan apretado.
3. Over-the-Jeans
I don’t usually wear my over-the-knee boots over leggings or jeans but when I do, it’s usually because it is really cold! But this is a really easy way to wear your boots and if you pair with jeans or pants with a similar color as the boots, it creates the appearance of a long, lean leg line.
Normalmente no uso estas botas con jeans, pantalones o leggings pero cuando lo hago, generalmente es porque hace mucho frรญo! Esta es una manera muy fรกcil de usar las botas y si lo combinas con los pantalones o leggings de un color similar como las botas, crea la apariencia de una pierna mas larga y definida.
