The Best Home Workout Programs

When it comes to quarantine, I know one of the biggest things we’re all struggling with is balancing a healthy lifestyle. It’s definitely hard to eat clean all the time and even harder to stay active when you’re stuck at home. Pre-quarantine, workout classes were the best way to get me to workout. But since gyms and studios continue to be closed, I thought I’d share some highly recommended home workout programs to keep you active during our new norm.

Her program has evolved into an amazing app filled with her workouts and workouts from a few other trainers like @kelseywells and @chontelduncan.

    Thanks for such a useful post, because I didn’t know many here! I really love MWH Method, once I studied it and it was really very cool! I like it when training is most effective and when I’m at home and I don’t have to go anywhere to just make time for sports. She has a very cool workout, I got my body in good shape thanks to them!
