Sometimes you can look at a closet full of clothes and feel like you don’t have anything to wear. In situations like this, I usually go for a plain white plain t-shirt and jeans. Lately though, I have been liking the idea of a “statement shirt.” You usually hear of statement pieces being jewelry, shoes, or maybe the color of your lipstick, but a bold shirt can be your statement piece as well!
I am all about the neutrals, so this FRAME monochromatic striped shirt from Neiman Marcus is very colorful compared to my usual colors. Plus, I can’t get enough of the “Le wrap” at the neck detail. Don’t be afraid to add more than one statement piece to your outfit. This Chloe Hudson fringe purse is another bold item and together with my blouse, is the perfect combination! To tie it all together, I wore my Stuart Weitzman nudist sandals from Neiman Marcus, and a comfy pair of jeans.
