Never say never to mom.

Never say never. I mean it. I used to say I would never use mom jeans, they simply didn’t suit me, until… I met these (heart eye emoji). On the last day in Europe, we were walking by the Spanish steps in Rome, when I decided to walk into Sandro.

I saw these on the rack and decided to try them on. As I came out of the fitting room, I quickly gave Hector that face, the face he automatically knows I am not 100% entirely convinced. He, on the other hand quickly gave me a gesture, that meant “ehh, not to shabby”. So, I decided to give them a second chance in the mirror. I remember thinking to myself, he actually liked these jeans? I debated with myself for a good 10 minutes and then decided to take them home with me.

Now, being the avid denim-owner that I am, believe me when I say, I can’t take them off! They are perfectly high waisted, cinching the waist, yet they give off a relaxed vibe. Over the weekend, I decided to pair them up with a cropped light blue top from Zara and my new shoes from Mila Milu. Perfect for this (summer) weather, because apparently San Diego has not received the memo that it’s officially fall!

I completely agree with you. We need to think twice before saying something unpleasant or wrong. That’s all! Thanks and regards!
