I love that sneakers are so in and that you can literally wear them with everything. I remember when wearing sneakers with a skirt or a dress was unheard of and now it is such a cool look. Recently trending is the bulky or “ugly” sneaker. Think Steve Carell in that scene with Ryan Gosling from “Crazy, Stupid Love.” Some high-end designer brands are coming out with chunky, bulky sneakers like these. I recently received these from Prada and I have to say I am obsessed! So clearly, they are not as ugly as Steve Carell’s New Balance dad shoes but you get where the general idea comes from. I feel like these even have a kind of futuristic look to them. They are so comfy and I love how original and different they are. They really stand out.
