Square Toe Shoes Are Going Viral

Thanks to @newbottega, square-toe shoes have officially gone viral. Since Daniel Lee, the new creative director for Bottega Veneta, debuted his accessories collection at Milan Fashion Week this year, square-toe shoes have now become the IT shoe trend. I just got my hands on a pair of the Bottega sandals and haven’t taken them off since. The square-toe trend is only going to get bigger come fall, so I decided to do a round up of the best styles I’ve found online! Here are some of my favorites!

HEELED SANDALS

Maybe it’s the Bottega effect but I’m obsessed with square-toe sandals. They’re definitely an investment buy, but totally worth it in my opinion because I see them staying on trend for a while. The Bottega ones aren’t easy to find right now since everyone is trying to buy them, but don’t worry because I found a bunch of other brands who have also jumped on the square-toe bandwagon. All my faves for right now below!

MULES

Another way I’m seeing and loving the square toe trend is as a mule. I pretty much didn’t take off my Chanel mules this whole summer, so I’m excited to add a new square-toe style to my collection. I’ve found a ton of under $200 ones that are perfect for transitioning from summer to fall.

BOOTS

You may not be ready to think about boots yet, but you should definitely jump on the square-toe bootie trend before it’s too late. I think it’s going to be a big boot trend for fall and winter. Black is always a safe bet especially with a statement trend like this, but if you want to go all in, I think white, neutral or animal print is super cool.
