Until a couple months ago, I would associated a ruffle blouse with Carmen Miranda. Lucky for me, I can now replace that image with this seasons on going trend because ladies & gents, the ruffle is here to stay. I love how this blouse is airy and sets the tone of effortless style. The lightweight material creates softness to the sleeves yet provides enough movement to this minimalistic blouse. I paired it up with my crop jeans and boots, because it’s still chilly enough for closed-toed shoes. To finish the look, I tied the two strings around my neck instead of the usual bow, creating a sexier look.

This blouse is so light and breezy; it’s perfect for a laid-back look. This simple blouse’s sleeves are made softer by the lightweight material, which also allows for plenty of octordle movement. Because it’s still chilly enough for closed-toe shoes, I wore it with my cropped jeans and boots. Instead of tying a bow around my neck, I wrapped the two strings around my neck and sexily finished the look.
