It happened. I officially wear maternity jeans. There was no avoiding it anymore. I am quite proud that I lasted this long to be honest. I loved that I was able to keep wearing my favorite jeans but I am just 10 weeks away so it was about time. I received so many messages from you asking me where to get cute maternity jeans and to be honest, the struggle was real! I was looking everywhere but couldn’t find anything that I liked. The other day I walked into the store Pea in a Pod and found these really cool 7 For All Mankind and I love them! They are just like regular jeans except they have that stretchy band but I love the way they fit which had been hard to find. So, I am confidently and comfortably out and about in my maternity jeans. I have been loving the beautiful spring weather here in San Diego but it still gets chilly and a bit windy in the afternoons and evenings so it’s the perfect time to wear cute, colorful cardigans and sweaters.
Por fin ocurrió. Oficialmente ya uso jeans de maternidad. Ya no podía evitarlo. Estoy muy orgullosa de que haya durado tanto tiempo sin tener que usarlos. Me encantó que pude seguir usando mis jeans favoritos, pero solo me quedan 10 semanas de mi embarazo así que ya era momento de aceptar la realidad. Recibí tantos mensajes de ustedes preguntándome dónde me compraba jeans de maternidad y la verdad es que fue súper difícil encontrar unos que me gustaran. Busqué en todas partes pero no pude encontrar nada que me gustara hasta hace poco que entre a la tienda de Pea in a Pod y encontré estos jeans de maternidad de 7 For All Mankind y me encantan! Son como jeans normales excepto que tienen esa banda elástica, pero me gustó mucho como quedan. Así que ya por fin estoy cómoda y feliz en mis jeans de maternidad. He estado disfrutando el clima hermoso de la primavera aquí en San Diego pero todavía hace un poco de frío en las tardes así que es la época perfecta para usar todos esos suéteres y chamarritas ligeras de primavera.

I wanted to ask you, before getting to this point where you have to use maternity jeans, how did you manage to use your normal jeans? Did you use a maternity band? I’m 17 weeks so starting to struggle with that!
